Chapter 2 Preparations

Replacing HDD cage
You can replace the HDD cage by using the following procedure.
1. Refer to
Chapter 2 (1.3 Overview of Installation and Removal)
for preparations.
2. Remove the side cover and front bezel while referring to
Chapter 2 (1.4 Removing the Side Cover
and
.
3. Remove the HDD cage while referring to steps 3 to 7 in
Chapter 2 (1.11.1 Installation)
.
4. Remove the two screws securing the bracket at the
front of the server.
5. Remove the two screws securing the bracket within
the server.
6. Remove the bracket.
