Removing Server Module
You need to remove server module when installing or removing the following component or changing cable
connection:
DIMM (Memory)
Processor (CPU)
PCI card
LAN riser card
RAID Controller
Extra battery for RAID Controller
1. Refer to steps 1 to 3 in Chapter 2 (1.3 Overview of Installation and Removal) for preparations.
2. Lift the lever while pushing the locking mechanism toward right. Hold the handle, and pull out the server
module horizontally,.
Important If you remove the server module from module enclosure, wait at least 30 seconds
before insert it again into enclosure.
