Scheduler Options Menu

This options menu applies to the Scheduler calendars, daily events and event details. Specific
tasks may be completed through Options menu.

To display the Options menu,

Highlight a date in the monthly/weekly calendar, highlight a scheduled event in the daily
events, or display the event details .

Press

MENU

(Options Menu) to display the Options menu and select the option number of

the desired function.

The following list describes the menu options that display.

(1) Add new

Add a new event.

(2) Edit

Edit/change a highlighted event.

(3) Copy

Copy an event and change the date/time for a new event.

(4) Delete

1. Delete the selected/highlighted event.
2. Delete all Public events of (1) Current day, (2) Past, or (3) All.
3. Delete all Private events of (1) Current day, (2) Past, or (3) All.
4. Delete all Public and Private events.

(5) Go to date

Go to a specified date. Input the date and press

Softkey 1

(OK).

(6) Go to URL

Access the Internet and go to the website of a highlighted URL in
the Description field.

(7) Monthly/Weekly

Switch monthly calendar view to weekly calendar view, and switch
the weekly calendar view to monthly calendar view.

(8) Summary

Display the number of scheduled events and the number of events
that may be added.

(9) View events

View the events for a specific date and the type of event (Public,
Private, or All) to display.

(0) IR send

Send the schedule data through the IR port to another InfraRed
device or wireless phone.

Depending on the
schedule conditions,
some options may be
disabled (grayed out).
