Entry Details Options Menu

This options menu applies to the entry details screen. Specific tasks may be completed through
the entry details Options menu.

To display the entry details Options menu,

Press

BOOK

until the preferred phonebook type displays.

Highlight and select the preferred entry to display the entry details screen.

Press

MENU

(Options Menu) to display the entry details Options menu and select the

option number of the desired function.

The following list describes the menu options that display for entry details.

(1) Call

Call the highlighted phone number in the entry details screen.

(2) Send message

Send a message to the highlighted phone number or Email address.

(3) IR send

Sends the selected entry data to another device through the IR port.

(4) Edit

Edit/change the data of the selected entry displayed.

(5) Copy

Copy the selected phone number(s)/Email address(es) to another

phonebook type or another location within same phonebook type.

(6) Move

Move the selected phone number(s)/Email address(es) to another
phonebook type or another location within same phonebook type.

(7) Delete current

Delete the selected entry displayed in the entry details screen.

Only entries from the
Phone type phonebook
can be sent using the IR
send option. Entries in the
SIM FDN, and SDN
phonebooks cannot be
sent.
