Daily Events

To display daily events list from the monthly or weekly calendar screen,

*

Highlight and select a date. The daily events screen displays with the scheduled events that 
are to occur that day.

Press the 

Left

 navigation key to display the events of the previous day. Press the 

Right

navigation key to display the events for the next day.

To add an event to the daily events or edit an even in the daily events

*

Press 

Softkey 1

 (Add) to display the Scheduler Add new screen. Press 

Softkey 2 

(Edit) to

display the Scheduler Edit screen. Continue with the Adding/Editing an Event below.

Event Details

To view the details of an event listed in daily events,

*

Highlight and select an event to display the event Details screen.

To edit an event from the Details screen,

*

Press 

Softkey 1

 (Edit) to display the Scheduler Edit screen.

Adding/Editing an Event

Input the following information for a new event or change the information to edit an event.

*

Highlight and select the Event data/time field. Input the day, month, year, and time in each
field. Highlight and select the am/pm radio button if displayed. Press 

Softkey 1 

(OK).

Highlight the Description field, input the event description, and press 

Select

.

Highlight the Repeat field. Press 

Left

 or 

Right

 navigation to cycle the repeat options (Once, 

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).

Highlight and select the Reminder check box to set the scheduler alarm.

Highlight and select the Reminder tone field. Highlight and select a sound in the preferred
sound folder that will play when the scheduler alarm is set.

If the event is private, highlight and select the Private check box.

Press 

Softkey 1

 (OK) to save the new event or changes made to an existing event.
