Disassembling the Forms Guide Assembly

Assembly
1. Disconnect the torsion spring from the arm stop and the snap leg on the forms guide.
2. Remove the stop arm from the forms guide.
3. Remove the slip sensor assembly from the forms guide.
Reassembling the Forms Guide Assembly
See the illustration to aid in reassembling the forms guide assembly.
Orientation for reassembling the forms guide assembly is as shown in the illustration.
1. Place the slip sensor assembly in the slot on the forms guide.
Be sure it is oriented correctly. See the illustration.
2. Thread the slip sensor assembly wires, through the circular slot on the form guide,
from the back of the forms guide to the front.
Note: The proper routing of the slip sensor assembly wires is important.
3. Place the torsion spring under the snap leg on the forms guide.
4. Place the arm stop on the forms guide while holding the tortion spring, and connect
the torsion spring to the arm stop and the tab on the forms guide.
