Disassemble the drive assembly pulley gear on the tensioner (left side of the mounting
plate).

Remove the e-ring
b.
Remove the pulley flange.
c.
Remove the drive assembly pulley gear and bearing.
8.
Remove the carriage motor assembly from the drive plate assembly by unscrewing the
two motor nuts.
