BASIC CONNECTION
Ensure all the cables are disconnecte d from the main unit before connecting to AC powe r
source .
Read through the instructions before c onnec ting o ther eq uipme nt.
Do not charge up the battery pa ck while the unit is working with the battery pack.

NOTE:
A new battery pac k whic h has not be en use d or o ne whi ch has not been us ed for more
than a mon th, it may appear to be no t recharged enoug h , this is due to the chara cteristic
of thi s battery and is not a mal function. In t his case, rec harge it two or thre e time s befo re
the fi rst use.
Noises may be generated during rec harging . In t his ca se, use a mo re dist ant po wer
socket. Do not re charge or dis charg e battery near a heating e lemen t such as a h eater
or dir ect su nlight.
