Setup:
Adjust the seat height to align shoulders with machine pivots. Sit facing
away from the machine and position forearms on pads. Lightly grip the
handles with elbows positioned at each side of chest.
Alternate:
Rotate arms 90 degrees so that hands are to each side of
head.
Performing the Exercise:
Slowly raise elbows as far as possible. Hold the position briefly and then
lower the pads slowly to starting position.
TIP:
If the seat is adjusted properly, pads should not slide on arms during
the exercise.
