Start Position

Setup:

Pull the seat release handle to raise the seat to the top position before 

getting on the machine. Sit on the seat and lower it until navel aligns with 

the red axis indicator. Select the desired weight resistance by turning the 

main weight selection knob and the ad on weight lever. Adjust the foot 

support so that the hamstring is slightly off the seat pad. Bend forward at 
the waist (not hips) until firm contact is established against both pads.

Performing the Exercise:

Grip the handles and extend back as far as possible. Hold the position briefly 

and return the weight with controlled movement to starting position.
