Power Problem
1. Check if the Power LED(Green) at the CCIM Controller Board is on.
2. Measure the voltage of CCIM Controller Board using meters, to see if it has normal voltage
output.
3. Change the CCIM Controller Board.
4. Look at the LED status of Power Supply and replace it if there is any problem
Bill Jams
1. Power off the machine and pull out the CCIM rail to the full extent.
2. Eliminate the debris or bills jammed in the transportation path, referring to Operation
Manual.
3. While eliminating the jammed bills, do not forget to check if the Roller Belt is in the right
position since it could be detached from the Roller during the elimination process.
4. Detail information Refer to Operation Manual.
WARNING:
If the belt is detached from the Roller, the lifespan of the belt can be dramatically reduced
which can result in the breakage of the band. Therefore, it is extremely important to check if
the belt is positioned at the right place after eliminating the jammed bills.
Motor and Solenoid Problem
1. Connect the TM (Test Program) and check the operation of each electromagnetic component
2. Replace the electromagnetic component within the Field level if test results are abnormal.
3. If the electromagnetic component test results are normal, replace the CCIM Controller Board.
Sensors on Transport path Problem
1. Connect TM and check the operation of each sensor.
2. If there is an error in the sensor, clean the sensor and test again.
3. If the sensor is still in error, replace the CCIM Controller Board.
Controller Board Problem
