If the following conditions occur, replace the Controller Board with a new one since there
seems to be a problem in the Controller Board.
1. When turning on the ATM power, the Green light of Power LED is off.
2. When tur
ning on the ATM power, Green light on FPGA LED doesn’t flicker.
3.
Strange letters (eg. r,p….) appear on the 7 segments of the Controller Board
4. When having such problems with communication process, voltage, electromagnetic component
(Motor, Solenoid, Micro-clutch) and sensor, power supply from the CCIM Controller Board is
abnormal while the cables and components operate properly.
The Judgment Criteria for Sensor
The type of sensors varies depending on the purpose and function, with different scope and
judgment criteria that show high and low status. As shown in the following table, there are
criteria that determine high and low status of each sensor, which means that field technicians
can know whether a sensor works properly or not if they have meters.
To check the operation of the sensor marked with an auto-dimming, use the TM, not the
meter such as a Multi-Meter. The integral sensor can be measured.
Common Occurred Problem Lists
1. Bill jams
Refer to Operator Manual
2. CASH & CHECK Cassette and RT/A6 Cassette not fully inserted
Push it completely into the module until it is locked properly in place
3. Sensor pollution & Bad sensor
If the sensor is polluted, refer to Chapter 1.4.2 and check the sensor position and cleaning the
polluted sensor.
If the sensor is bad, change the Module including bad sensor.
