5.

Remove engine oil filter using the filter
wrench.

6.

Clean sealing surface on connecting piece.

Note:

Only install engine oil filter with an integrat-
ed safety valve.

7.

Check condition of the new oil filter sealing
ring and coat it with engine oil.

8.

Screw the engine oil filter on and tighten by
hand.

9.

Replace other engine oil filters in the same
way.

10.

Bar the engine using the starting system
(→ Page 75).

11.

Check engine oil level (→ Page 130).
