phone not being able to successfully register on
the Iridium network

May indicate an Iridium network error or a problem
with the SBD contract
SBD temporary overload

The phone is temporarily refusing to send SBD
messages to lower the load on the Iridium network.
It is a built in feature of Iridium Satphones („Traffic
management period“) and should not harm normal
operations.
