Common faults
Handling method
The machine cannot be turned on
Check if the plug has been plugged in properly.
Check if the juicing has been fitted properly.
The machine will not start, and the
indicator lamp flashes
Check if the juicing or jam bowl has been fitted
properly, and check if the safety lid is properly
aligned.
The machine stopped suddenly during
operation, and alarm sounded
Is the machine clogged from excessive feeding
(too many pieces or pieces too large)?
Put the machine into “Reverse” mode and let it
run for 5 seconds.
Has the machine entered its safety mode
after working continuously for more than
20 minutes?
Solution: Allow the machine to rest for
30 minutes, then try again.
If you are unable to restart the machine, get in
touch with our customer service.
The auger has been scratched
The gap between the auger and screen is very
small; do not run the appliance when empty.
Very little juice is extracted
Water content varies between different fruits and
vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables also produce less juice when
they lose their freshness.
When juicing hard fruits and vegetables, check
that the adjustment lever is in the “Open”
position
There is a lot of water in the pulp
When juicing soft fruits and vegetables, check
that the adjustment lever is in the “Closed”
position.
