1. Turn the NX100 main power supply OFF.
2. Remove the mounting screws for the battery pack on the support.
3. Remove the battery pack from the holder.
4. Connect the new battery pack to an unconnected connector on the circuit board.
5. Remove the old battery pack from the circuit board.

6. Mount the new battery pack on the holder.
7. Securely fix the battery pack on the support with the mounting screws.

Connect the new battery pack before removing the old one so that the encoder absolute
data does not disappear.
