CAUTION!
This product requires extreme caution at all times. DeSauw
component saws are designed to safely produce the proper
cuts on truss members. Safety devices are installed at the
factory and should not be removed for any reason. The
DeSauw operates on 3-phase, 480-volt electricity. All
external electrical panels and controls are protected, but
access to inner workings should be restricted to authorized
personnel only. DeSauws also use many power
transmission devices that expose pinch points and moving
parts that can cause injury. These areas are protected with
electronic and mechanical devices that should always be
kept in proper working condition. All DeSauw models use
high-speed carbide tipped saw blades. This system does
generate a noisy, dusty, and dangerous environment. The
saw should never be started unless all personnel are clear of
the area. Proper procedures should be established for
routine maintenance and employee activity around the saw.
