Setting the Angle of the Cut
o
Since Floor webs consist of 2 angles on each web end, which are 90
degrees from each other, the internal blades on each end are
permanently mounted at 90 degrees from each other.
o
Both blades at each end will move together when angle changes are
made.
o
On standard models, there is one electronic digital-read-out for each
set of blades. Digital readouts are located above each respective side.
There are also mechanical pointers inside the front doors.
o
Change settings as desired always using LOW angle numbers on each
end of web to set digital-read-outs. Both of the digital-read-outs are
set to read the rear blades.
o
Set both digital-read-outs to the same LOW numbered angle.
45 – 45 Webs: Simply Set both sides to read 45 degrees.

65 – 25 Webs, or Similar Angles: Set both sides to read LOW numbered angle.

Square end blocks

Set digital read-outs to zero degrees. This will set the 2 front blades to 90 degrees
for square cuts
