4. Unpacking and installation of Stainer
4.1 Site requirements
The Stainer must be placed on a solid horizontal surface with the dimensions min.
0,6 m long and 0,6 m wide. A grounded socket for connection to power must be situated
not father from the installation site than the length of the cable (1,5 m). The Stainer must
be located within the reach of a tap and drain (1 - 1,2 m), and the laboratory ventilation
system. An installation in an exhaust hood is possible, in which case there is no need to
connect to the ventilation system.
4.2 Unpacking of Stainer
The Stainer is packed in a corrugated cardboard box and a polyethylene film hood.
CAUTION!
AFTER TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE UNDER LOW
TEMPERATURES AND BEFORE UNPACKING, THE STAINER MUST BE KEPT IN
TRANSPORTATION PACKING FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS UNDER NORMAL
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.

STAINER IS HEAVY. USE ADDITIONAL HELP WHEN LIFTING AND
POSITIONING

To unpack, cut open the box, by cutting the band that fixes together the flaps on the
upper side of the box. Open the box, by unbending the flaps, take out of the niche in the
upper corrugated cardboard gasket a bag with documentation. Take off the upper gasket.
Take out lateral gaskets.
Take out the Stainer, using the transportation belts (or polyethylene film, in which
the device has been packed).

TO RAISE AND CARRY THE DEVICE, HOLDING IT BY THE
UPPER PANEL (20) (
Fig.4, Fig. 6).
Set the Stainer free from the polyethylene film and transportation belts. Open the
upper lid of the Stainer, take out of the working chamber a corrugated cardboard box (35)
and gaskets by its sides (34).
