TROUBLESHOOTING:

Return to
MK Diamond
for Repair

Check that the Cooling Flow
Adjusting Valve is FULL open
(B)
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube from the Blade Guard
inlet
If not damaged,
go to Step D
If rotation correct,
go to Step C
If Full Open
go to Step B

Check for Smoothness or
“Glazing” (Dress blade if
needed)

Ensure the Blade Core is not
bent and Arbor is not out of
round
(B)
Check for proper rotation
(D)
Verify the blade is correct for
the material being used
(E)
Return to MK Diamond
If not “Glazed”,
go to Step B
Contact place of purchase or
MK Diamond (800 421-5830)
to verify blade
If “Glazed”, Dress Blade
(See Blade Dressing)
If Blade Core is bent, or
Arbor is out of round,
change Blade
If Blade Correct,
go to Step E
