4. Motor Brush Change-out:
Disconnect the tool before servicing and when changing accessories, such as blades, bits,
cutters, and the like.
NOTE: When installing motor brushes, care must be taken to ensure the spring end is straight before
installing the Motor Housing Cover.
Turn clockwise to
tighten

Disconnect the MK-370
(B)
Locate and loosen one Motor
Brush Housing Cover using a
Flat Head Screwdriver
(C)
Remove the Motor Brush
Housing Cover
(E)
Clean the Motor Brush Housing
using a Q-tip
(D)
Remove the old Motor Brush
(F)
Align and install the new Motor
Brush
Replace Second
Motor Brush
(G)
Install Motor Brush Cap and
tighten using a Flat Head
Screwdriver
(H)
Install the Second Motor Brush
(Repeat Steps B to G)
Disconnect
the MK-370
Turn counter-
clockwise to loosen
Flat Head
Screwdriver
Housing
Cover
Remove the
Motor Brush
Clean Brush Housing
of Carbon All Carbon
Dust and Fragments
Align Motor Brush
with Brush Housing
and install the Brush
Flat Head
Screwdriver
Housing
Cover
