21 Step End Step End output terminal (open collector). When last step is finished
in stepper mode, this output is present continuously until the Step
Reset signal is applied. Then the output is open.

Error Output These terminals close when an error occurs.

Ready These terminals close when unit is ready to weld.

End These terminals close at the completion of Hold time.

Secondary Voltage Input These terminals are connected to the secondary of a welding
transformer for constant-power control or for monitoring secondary
voltage.
30 Common (COM) Common (COM) terminal for Schedules 1-8 (pins 31 – 34).

(standard) or 24VDC (optional). (Refer to equipment specification).
Retraction Valve output signal is present when Retraction input
signal is present. (See Appendix B.) Retraction cannot be enabled
or disabled between SQD and HO.
44 Not Used
45 Stage 1 Stage 1 input terminal. When this input is present (connected to pin
50), the valve number for the selected Schedule is applied, but no
further action occurs until the Stage 2 input signal is applied.
