Power Supply State Screen
This screen is used to set and display the
information on the Power Supply.
CONTROL #

This is used to enter the
identification number of the Power
Supply. This is an arbitrary number for
your records and can be up to four digits
long.

NOTE:
If
WeldLab
software is being used with the Power Supply, the first 2 digits of the control
number are used as the unit 485 address. Therefore, those 2 digits must be set to 01 through 30 to
communicate properly with WeldLab.
PROGRAMMED DATE
– This is used for entering the date when the data is being entered. The date is
entered in year/month/date form, separated by periods
MA-627A ROM VERSION #
– This is the ROM version of the program loaded in the Program Unit.
ISA-500A/ISA-1000/ISA-2000 ROM VERSION
– This is the ROM version of the program loaded in the
Power Supply.
POWER SOURCE FREQUENCY
– The frequency of the line power is automatically measured and
indicated.
WELD POWER FREQUENCY
– The factory setting for output frequency is 1000Hz. This can be
switched by changing the settings on dipswitch
SW3
on the motherboard. There are 3 options:

800Hz
x
1000 Hz

Schedule Screens
Up to 64 welding schedules can be set on the Power Supply, indicated
as
#001
through
#064
. The screen
is used to set the schedule number, length of weld time, welding current, etc. The data is the same for
all ten modes, as shown. To switch from the ms mode to the cycle (CYC) mode, go to the Mode Select
screen (selected from the Main screen), and select
CYCLE WELD ON
.
CYCLE WELD OFF
will change the
mode back to the ms mode.
NOTE:
Use the
keys to select the data field, then use the +/- keys or the keypad to enter numbers.
