Turn the water back on slightly, but enough to flush the system. When the water is running
clean, turn the water OFF.

Reconnect the hose back onto the Power Supply and restore power and water. Re-install the
plastic high voltage protective cover with the four screws that secure it.

Close the Power Supply door.
4.
Turn on power to the unit.
Memory Battery Replacement
The Power Supply contains a 3-volt button type lithium memory battery, which has a life expectancy of
about 5 years. The battery should be replaced prior to the end of its life expectancy. See
Section IV,
Spare Parts
for battery part number.
CAUTION:
Stored data may be lost when the battery is replaced. Before replacing the battery, make a
record of the data in the schedule data table (
Appendix H
).

Disconnect power to the Power Supply, discharge the capacitors, and remove the plastic
cover, as described in
Section I, Before You Start
.
Battery Replacement

Insert your forefinger between the battery holder and the button-type battery to lift it. Pinch
the battery between your forefinger and thumb and pull it out.
3.
Push in a new battery with the positive sign (+) facing you. Check that the battery is fully
seated in the battery holder.
4.
Re-install the plastic high voltage protective cover with the four screws that secure it.
5.
Close the Power Supply doors.
6.
Turn on power to the unit.
7.
Dispose of Lithium batteries in accordance with local codes.
