Position the media retainer for the
size of the media to be loaded.
The media size is detected
depending on the position of the
media retainer.

Lift up the gray lever

on the
right end of the media retainer,
and then slide the media
retainer to the right

Lift up on the left end of
the media retainer

and
remove it

.

Insert the right end of the media
retainer into the slot
c
for the
size of media to be loaded and
press it down

.

Slide the retainer to the left, and
then press down on the gray
lever to secure the retainer.
Attention
Pressing down on the lever before sliding the retainer to the
left causes the sides of the tray to bulge and fit improperly in
the printer.
