The safety devices described in SECTION 2 Par.2.6 ensure the safe use of the machine.
Every 2 weeks check the controls of the emergency stops by proper tests:
A) with the machine under normal operating conditions press all emergency buttons one button at
a time: make sure that the motor stops.
Every 2 weeks check that the microswitches when the machine is under normal operating
conditions are efficient:
1) by opening the door of the motor housing the spindle shall stops.
At the beginning of each working shift make sure that the guards on the working side and on the not-
working side of the machine are efficient and ensure a valid protection.
Periodically check that the plates are in good state.
The responsible technician is to be immediately informed about eventual troubles: in this case he has
to switch off the machine and to apply to Technical Service.
