After the firmware has updated,
an alert will appear. Click
OK.
The Firmware Upgrade
Application will shut down and you can restart the GUI.
3.9.8
If the firmware update process was interrupted,
the firmware will be corrupted and the
next time you start the GUI program with the SSG unit connected you will see an alert advising you the
firmware was corrupted. Click
Yes
to restore the firmware from the upgrade file you have as per sections
3.9.6 to 3.9.7 (SSG-15G-RC) or sections 3.9.10 to 3.9.12 (SSG-6xxxRC models).
3.9.9
If the firmware was damaged, but you
do not have a firmware upgrade file, contact
to receive a hex file for your generator model.
