Error Display
As with the ERROR LED on the main unit, if an amplifier error occurs, the box color changes to red,
accompanied by an error indication. The error indication remains visible until the error is canceled.
The type of error that has occurred can be checked by opening [ERROR LED information] in [System] on
the menu bar.
In the normal state:

No. of Shots Display
This displays the number of shots, the number of OK shots, and the number of NG shots.
Shot(s) Displays the number of shots.
If the number of shots is reset, the display shows the number since
resetting. (The number of shots is the number of measurements
performed using the module.)
*Waveform data saving stops when the number of shots exceeds
200 million.
OK shot(s) Displays the number of OK shots.
If the number of shots is cleared, the number of OK shots is cleared
to zero and counting starts from the next OK shot.
NG shots(s) Displays the number of NG shots for which alarms are issued.
If the number of shots is cleared, the number of NG shots is cleared
to zero and counting starts from the next NG shot.
