Notes
1) In the
USA
: The installation must be in accordance with the National Electrical Code
®
, NFPA 70, Article 504 or
505 and ANSI / ISA-RP 12.6.

: The installation must be in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code

, Part1, Section 18.
2) The apparatus must not be connected to any device that uses or generates in excess of 250Vrms or DC.

Po of the associated apparatus are less than or equal to Vmax, Imax and Pmax resp. Ui, Ii, Pi of the intrinsically
safe apparatus and the approved values of Ca and La resp. Co and Lo of the associated apparatus are greater
than Ci and Li of the intrinsically safe apparatus plus all cable parameters.
