Recorder Failures

possible causes.
Paper is installed

Remove and reinstall the paper roll properly.

Verify the cable connecting the recorder and the
main board is properly connected.
Recorder failure
Replace the recorder.
Poor print
quality or paper
not feeding
properly
Paper roll not
properly installed
Stop the recorder and re-install the paper roll.
Print head dirty
1. Verify the thermal print head and the paper
roller for foreign matter.
2. Clean the thermal print head with an
appropriate cleaning solution.
Recorder failure
Replace the recorder.
