The oven has a range of functions for cooking food.
M Chef functions
The M Chef functions use electro-magnetic waves to heat up the whole volume of
the food to the required level of doneness. Conventional heating elements are also
used to heat the food and brown it from the outside.
Depending on the type of food being cooked, durations with M Chef functions
are shorter and a better result is achieved than with their corresponding
conventional functions.

For baking and roasting with moisture injection.
Bread and rolls rise nicely and get a good crust.

For baking cakes with a moist topping which require

for roasting as the juices will become too dark.
