For the manual search, you must know the fre-
quency, the symbol rate and the polarisation of
the station for which you want to search.
Executing the manual search
• Press the MENU key to open the TV menu.
• Press the red key
to open the menu
"Configuration"
• Press the appropriate numeric key (in this exam-
ple
to select "DVB-S".
• Select the menu option
“Manual search” with the
assigned numeric keys. In
the example it is
.
• The cursor then moves to
"Satellite". If more than one
satellite is available, use the
– +
key to select the desired
satellite.
• In the setting window, use
the cursor control key
to
select the menu line "Fre-
quency".
• Use the numeric keys or the
– +
key to set the frequency.
For a HD station search, the information for
the DVB system (e.g. DVG-S2/8PSK) must
also be entered.
• If all the data has been entered, use the cursor
control key in the settings window to access the
„Programme search” menu option and confirm
with the
OK
button.
The station will be searched for.
If necessary, the stations can also be sorted,
moved, or deleted. See Chapter 23 for this.

Opening the menu
The number of subjects and sections depends
on the selected scope of operation. Depending
on the configuration of the TV set, the various
menu items may be displayed in a different
order and numbered differently.
