27. Operation without the Remote Control

Operation without the remote control is

provided as an emergency measure in

case the batteries of your remote control

are exhausted or the remote control is

Switching on

Press the main power switch on the TV

set. After about 30 seconds, the TV set is

switched on with programme position 1

or the programmed initial programme

position selected.
You can also use the following functions

directly on the TV set, without a remote

control. For functions which require furt-

her adjustments, the function remains

preselected for ten seconds.
