Operation with VIS lamp

NOTICE

Only follow the following steps if the instrument is in operation exclu-
sively with the VIS lamp.

The lamp settings must be adjusted if the VIS lamp was replaced or if
checking the intensity spectrum after first start-up displays a cut-off 

(see

chapter 4.2, page 39)

.

Remove the UV lamp completely 

(see chapter 6.4.2, page 48)

. Close the

opening of the lamp with the socket cap. Otherwise the lamp is automati-
cally switched on as soon as the detector settings are opened.
