Pre-Start Inspection and Operation
Operating Instructions for a Hydraulic Attachment
1. Move the engine throttle to the full speed setting.
Raise the attachment off the ground and position it for use.
Make sure that you are standing on the operator's platform. DO NOT step off of the
platform when the auxiliary attachment’s power is engaged. If you step off of this
platform with the auxiliary power engaged, the engine will immediately shut off.
2. Move the AUXILIARY attachment control lever (Item 1,
) to either the
FORWARD or REVERSE position.
NOTE:
The lever will lock into either of these positions and remain there until you move it.

3. Lower the attachment to begin work.
