5. Attach the seat belt to
the buckle (Figure E).
6. While pressing your knee
into the restraint, remove
as much slack from the
lap belt as possible by
pulling the belt’s free end
(Figure F).
7. Check the stability of the
restraint according to the
guidelines at the bottom
of page 29.
8. Use of the tether(s) is
required. See Pages 42
and 43 for the tether
installation procedure.
