DESCRIZIONE GENERALE

• La segatrice a nastro PH 160

PH 160

PH 160 è una macchina

progettata e realizzata per le operazioni di
taglio (separazioni in due parti) di pezzi metal-
lici di ogni natura (tubi, barre, profilati, ecc...).

• La macchina è provvista di impianto di refrige-

razione automatica della lama, tramite olio
emulsionabile.

• La lama in dotazione ha caratteristiche di

polivalenza. Per impieghi specifici si consiglia
di sostituirla con una più adatta.

• Il taglio a “secco” o “refrigerato” è in funzione

del tipo di materiale in rapporto alle sue
dimensioni ed alla sua sezione. La scelta del
modo operativo è pertanto lasciata all’esperien-
za dell’operatore o di altro personale espressa-
mente delegato.

• Die Maschine ist mit einer Anlage zur automatischen

Kühlung des Blattes mit emulgierbarem Öl
ausgestattet.

• Die mitgelieferte Klinge hat einen breiten

Anwendungsbereich (mehrwertige Eigenschaften).
Für spezielle Einsätze sollte diese daher durch eine
jeweils geeignetere ersetzt werden.

• Die Entscheidung für den “Trocken”-Schnitt oder für den

“gekühlten” Schnitt hängt vom Typ des Werkstoffs in
bezug auf Maße und Querschnitt ab. Die Wahl des
Betriebsmodus ist daher der Erfahrung des Bedieners oder
anderen ausdrücklich beauftragten Personals überlassen.
