ASSEMBLAGGIO

• Rimosso l’imballo, la macchina si presenta

scomposta in due parti: il basamento (1 - F. 1)
è posizionato sull’unità operatrice, dimezzan-
do in questo modo la cubatura d’ingombro.

• Estrarre il basamento (1) (in questa configurazio-

ne funge da coperchio) ed appoggiarlo al suolo.

• Montare il carter posteriore (posizionato libero

all’interno della confezione) fissandolo con le
viti in dotazione.

• Sollevare (in due persone) e posizionare l’unità

con le quattro viti (A - F. 1) in dotazione.

ASSEMBLY

• Once the packaging has been removed, the

machine is disassembled in two parts: the base
(1 – F. 1) is positioned on the operating unit,
thus reducing the overall volume to a half.

• Remove the base (1) (it acts as a cover in this

configuration) and lay it on the ground.

• Fit the rear guard (it is positioned loose in the

packaging) by fastening it with the screws
supplied.

• Raise (two people involved) and position the

operating unit on the base edge and fasten it
with the four screws (A – F. 1) supplied.

• Insert and fasten (with the appropriate screw

without head) the guide rod (B) of the piece
holder (3).

• Insert the piece holder (3) on the rod and lock

it by the knob (4).

3.3

ZUSAMMENBAU

• Nach der Entfernung der Verpackung findet man

die Maschine in zwei Teile zerlegt vor: Das Untergestell
(1 - F. 1) ist auf der Baueinheit positioniert, wodurch
die räumlichen Abmessungen halbiert werden.

• Das Untergestell (1) (welches in dieser Konfiguration als

Deckel fungiert) herausziehen und auf dem Boden absetzen.

• Das (im Innern der Packung frei positionierte)

hintere Gehäuse unter Verwendung der
mitgelieferten Schrauben montieren.

• Die Baueinheit (unter Einsatz von zwei Personen) anheben,

auf dem Rand des Untergestells positionieren und mit den
vier mitgelieferten Schrauben (A - F.1) befestigen.

• Die Führungsstange (B) des Werkstückspanners (3)

einsetzen und (mit dem dazu vorgesehenen
Gewindestift) befestigen.

• Den Werkstückspanner (3) auf die Führungsstange

(B) setzen und mit dem Knauf (4) blockieren.
