d) Remove the guard (01) then remove the nuts (02) from the upper cuff, remove the spring bracket
(03) thus releasing the upper cuff from the full head (04) and the cut out plate (05), the assistance
of a screwdriver to remove the assembly.
e) Remove the nuts (06) and then remove the complete pinion hub (07).
f) Using a screwdriver, remove the upper plate (08) for easy access to the gears.
g) Remove nuts (09) from bottom plate; remove snap ring (10) together with blanking washer (11),
screw (12) and lock washer (13).
h) Remove the bottom plate (14).

i) Remove screw, washers and nuts (15) and remove bracket (16) and offsets (17).
j) Remove the screws and remove the curved brackets (18).

Take the opportunity to evaluate retainers, replacing them if necessary.
