FRONT PLATFORMS TRANSMISSION BOX
Cut variation boxes are factory supplied with viscous grease G-90 or NLG 100 EP,
in case of oil change 140 can be used according to the following procedures.
Oil Recommended140.
Viscosity ISO 140.Oil
Volume:0.5 liters.
Checking of oil level:
Clean around the housing level plug. Loosen the
level plug and check that the oil reaches the plug
hole.
If necessary, add lubricating oil until it begins to
flow through the level plug hole.
OIL EXCHANGE:
First change: After a week or 50 hours of work,
whichever comes first.
Other changes: every year or 500 hours of work,
whichever comes first.
OIL CHANGE PROCEDURE:
1. Place the machine on a level and
level place.
2. Place a suitable container under the drain
plug to collect the oil to be drained from the box.
3. Remove the breather, drain plug and allow
the oil to drain completely.
4. Replace the drain plug.
5. Fill with recommended oil.
6. Replace the breather.
CAUTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the starter key before beginning
the following procedure.
