7 - PREVENTIVE BASIC MAINTENANCE
Properly performed periodic maintenance is the most effective way to ensure
maximum efficiency and durability for your machine.
IMPORTANT!
According to Regulatory Standard NR12, interventions on the machine must be
performed by qualified, qualified, qualified or authorized professionals for this purpose.
REMEMBERIF:
Use of non-factory original parts or accessories may damage the equipment, cause it to
malfunction and cause accidents and may void the warranty.
The manufacturer is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by the use of non-
original parts and / or accessories.
A fire extinguisher and first aid kit should be kept easily accessible while servicing this
equipment.
Never operate the machine for extended periods indoors and unventilated, carbon
monoxide expelled by tractor exhaust gases is highly toxic.
Keep the maintenance area clean. Wet or oily floors are slippery.
Always park the machine in a flat location.
Use tools in good condition when performing any service on the machine.
When replacing screws and nuts, use the same specification as the originals. Always use the
proper torque.
Before starting a hydraulic repair, relieve pressure on the system.
Periodically tighten all nuts and cap screws.
When completing a maintenance procedure, make sure that all safety guards are in place
before putting the machine into operation.
The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory during maintenance or
adjustment services on the machine.
After the first 50 continuous working hours, it is essential to retighten all retaining
screws on the machine.

Turn off the tractor and remove
the starter key before starting a
maintenance procedure.
CAUTION
Lower the machine to the ground, turn off the tractor engine, set the parking brake,
remove the ignition key, and wait until all moving parts have come to a complete stop
before servicing, adjusting, or repairing the machine.
