7.3 Ethernet
The Ethernet function allows the user to set the following by inputting a numeric value in each separate

field:
•  IP
•  Netmask
•  Gateway
•  Port
•  DHCP settings
Set the Ethernet communication parameters as described in Section 6.4.9.

addresses.

The Ethernet communication port allows the CPC4000 to communicate with computers using

10/100Based-T specifications.
Before using Ethernet communication, four parameters must be set up: IP, Netmask, Gateway, and Port.
