THAT ALL NAME PLATE AND SAFETY AND CONTROL DECALS ARE IN PLACE
AND LEGIBLE, AND THAT THE MACHINE IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
MANUFACTURER'S MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THE
