Suspension
01 Description
Standard adaptive dampers and anti-roll bars are
paired with a double wishbone suspension design.
02 Customer Benefits
Adaptive dampers offer control over bump and
rebound settings using one of three selectable
parameters on the Active Dynamics Panel - Normal,
Sport or Track. The three settings allow the driver to
quickly select the optimum settings for any given road
or track condition. The adjustable suspension features
twin damper valves that give precise control with dual
wishbone suspension providing optimum travel.
Specific variant tuning has taken place. 570S has
different dampers settings throughout Normal, Sport
and Track modes allowing for a more focused driving
experience.
All models make use of anti-roll bars for body roll
control, unlike the hydraulic ProActive Chassis Control
(PCC) found on the 650S.

03 Options & Limitations
A Nose lift system is available as a cost option on all models,
allowing up to 4cm greater front suspension height at speeds
of up to 50kph. As with the McLaren 650S the lift function is
operated using hydraulic control from the electro-hydraulic
power steering pump, though only raises the front of the
vehicle (the lowest point).
