Replace and tighten the fill plug screw.

Let the drive motor sit for 24 hours.

After 24 hours release any residual air bubbles by backing off the fill plug screw

just enough to loosen the o-ring seal.

Gently press up on the bladder until oil comes up around the fill hole screw.

Tighten the screw.
