key to access the “Data Module ?” parameter as shown below:
6. Change “Data Module?” as follows:

For the EXTender 1000 Remote -- change the setting to “ Analog”
•
For the EXTender 3000 Remote -- change the setting to “Data Module”
7. Using the “Next Page” button, advance to the screen labeled either “Analog Adjunct” (EXTender 1000
remote), shown below, or “Data Module” (EXTender 3000 remote).

8. Change the “Data Extension” parameter to the number of the I2 channel. This number can be any
number, but should be related numerically to the DCP port number and should be programmed as a
Direct Inward Dialing (DID).
Recommendations:
If the station port is 3001 –
Set the “Data extension” to 3101 for the EXTender 1000 or 3201 for the EXTender 3000.
9. Save the changes.
