switch Off the Front Panel IR Sensor. Refer to
figure S6.
The MX122 has a Front Panel IR Sensor along with
provisions for connecting an external sensor. With
both sensors in the same room, possible interference
can occur between the signals. To prevent possible
operational problems it maybe necessary to disable
the MX122 Front Panel Sensor. Perform the
following steps to disable the sensor:
1. With the MX122 in STANDBY MODE press
and hold down the Front Panel ENTER and
RETURN Push-buttons while pressing the
STANDBY/ON Push-button. When the MX122
Front Panel Nomenclature is illuminained,
release the three Push-buttons. The MX122 Front
Panel Information Display will now indicate the
current status of the Front Panel/Volume Control.
