Install the stand (14) on the base and fix it with four
screws (pic. 2). Unscrew the telescopic bar clamp
(13) and take it off, install the decorative panel (15)
on the stand (14) base. Screw the clamp (13) to its
place.
–
Loosen the telescopic bar clamp (13), extend the
bar (12) to the desired height and fasten it also with
the clamp (13) (pic. 3).
–
Loosen the clamp (11), install the body (8) on the
bar (12) and fix it with the clamp (11) (pic. 4).
Note: do not apply excessive force when screwing the
clamp (11).
–
Unscrew the rear grid fastening nut (5) that is situ-
ated on the fan body (8) by rotating it counterclock-
wise, and install the rear grid (6); provide that the
ledges on the fan body (8) match the locating open-
ings on the grid. Fasten the grid with the nut (5),
rotating it clockwise.
–
Install the blades (4) on the motor axis (7) so that
the grooves on the reverse side of the blades (4)
match the stopper on the axis (7) and fix them with
the clamp (3) turning it
counterclockwise
.
–
Match the front grid (1) with the rear grid (6), con-
nect them with the fixing ring (2), tighten the ring
(2), having inserted the nut and the screw (supplied
with the unit)in the appropriate housings.
–
The fan is ready for operation.
Remote control (17)
–
For using the remote control (RC) take the bat-
tery holder out of the RC body, having preliminary
pressed the side clamp.
–
Insert a CR2025 battery (not supplied) in the bat-
tery holder, following the polarity.
–
Insert the battery holder with the battery in the RC
body.
Attention! Battery leakage can cause injuries or RC
damage. In order to avoid damage, follow the following
instructions:
•
insert the battery, strictly following the polarity;
•
if you do not use the unit for a long time, remove the
battery from the RC;
•
do not recharge or disassemble the battery, do not
expose it to high temperature;
•
replace the battery in time.
Using the fan
–
Insert the power plug into the socket.
–
Switch the fan on having pressed the button (19) on
the control panel (10) or the button (33) on the RC,
speed mode indication (28), «standard» mode indi-
cator (27) and room temperature indicator (31) will
be shown on the display (9).
–
To choose the speed mode press the button (19) or
the button (39) on the RC repeatedly:
“1”- low air flow speed;
“2”- medium air flow speed;
“3”- high air flow speed.
–
To choose the operation mode press the button
(20) on the control panel or the button (40) on the
RC repeatedly:
«Standard» mode
(27) – air flow speed remains
unchanged;
“natural wind” mode
(26) – the mode with imitation of
natural wind, air flow speed changes chaotically;
“abating wind” mode
(25) – air flow speed changes
cyclically, increasing and abating continuously.
–
Set the fan operation time from 1 to 8 hours with
1 hour step by pressing the button (21)/(35) con-
secutively. The timer settings indicator (29) will be
shown on the display. To switch the timer off press
the button (21)/(35) repeatedly until the indicator
(29) disappears.
–
Adjust the fan slope angle manually holding the
body (8). The clicking sound is normal.
–
In order to switch the horizontal oscillation mode on
press the button (22)/(36), the blow direction will
change within 90°. Press the button (22)/(36) again
to stop fan oscillation.
–
To switch the unit off press the button (33) on the
RC once or press the button (19) on the control
panel (10) repeatedly till the fan is switched off.
–
Unplug the unit.
Attention! Make sure that the radio receiver is switched
off before unplugging the unit.
Radio receiver
The reception of radio stations is provided both with
operating or switched off fan.
–
To switch the radio receiver on, press the button
(18)/(34), the indicator (24) will be shown on the
display.
–
At a single pressing of the button (23)/(38) the unit
starts searching for a radio station, the indicator
(32) will be shown on the display. When the avail-
able radio station is found, you will hear the sound.
Press the button (23)/(38) again to search for the
next radio station.
–
For reproduction volume control press the button
(37) on the RC repeatedly.
Note: The volume of the radio stations reception
is controlled only by pressing the button (37) on
the RC (17).
–
Press the button (18)/(34) to switch the radio
receiver off.
Cleaning and care
–
Switch the unit (fan and radio receiver) off, unplug
the unit.
–
Never use liquid detergents or abrasives to clean
the fan.
–
Wipe the unit with a soft dry cloth.
–
For cleaning the blades remove the front grid (1),
having previously loosened the screw and taken the
rim (2) off. Unscrew the clamp (3) rotating it clock-
wise and remove the blades (4).
–
Clean the blades (4) with a slightly damp cloth, then
wipe them dry.
