Endpoint 0 IN Buffer Available Interrupt Request.

Set:
The SIE sets this bit after receiving an IN token directed to Endpoint 0, sending
the data in the EP0FIFO (page 10) and receiving the ACK handshake from the
host. This indicates that the EP0FIFO is again available for loading by the CPU.
Clear:
The CPU resets this bit by writing a “1” to it, or by writing the byte count register
EP0BC (page 9).
