Weight the Individual (Refer to the Scale
Calibration Procedure, on page 28
Key steps to Get Accurate and Consistent
Weights:
a.
Before you transfer the resident on to the
chair, be sure there is not object touching
the chair, or anyone leaning on the chair.
Push ZERO button to zero out the weight of
the chair.
b.
Raise Lift until resident’s feet are not
touching the floor.
c.
Once the resident is transferred and
secured onto the chair, wait until they are
settled down and stable.
d.
The resident's weight will appear in the
display automatically. Make sure no one is
touching or leaning on the chair including
yourself during the weighting procedure.
e.
Record the weight.
Note: If you accomplish the above steps
every time you weigh someone, you will
help assure getting an accurate weight.
CAUTION
: Do not push LB/KG and
ON/ZERO buttons at the same time. Push
all buttons with finger only. No pens or
sharp objects

Transfer the Individual into Entree Bath:
The Entree Bath operator must be trained by
qualified facility personnel. Recommended
manufacturers procedures must be utilized
before they can be allowed to operate the
Entree Bath system. Refer to provided Video.
a.
While grasping the Lift Bar to keep the chair from
rotating, use the Hand Lift Control to raise the Lift
Chair by pressing the Up Button until it is released
from the actuator lock.
b.
While grasping the chair, raise the patient feet and
slowly allow the Chair to rotate into the tub.
c.
Use the Hand Lift Control to low the Lift Chair by
pressing the Down Button until it is in its lowest
position.
CAUTION
:
Failing to low the Chair to its lowest
position can prevent the door from closing and
damage both, the door and the chair.
